By accessing systemaobscura.com or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or its products.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. By using the site you represent that you meet this requirement.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Corpus Obscura Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Purchases grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the applicable software product. Activation limits are defined per product on the product’s detail page. You may not sublicense, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or decompile any software. Sharing or reselling license keys is prohibited. Licenses are for your own use only.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Your payment method will be charged at renewal unless you cancel beforehand. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
If a payment fails, your license enters a grace period and remains active while we retry. After all retries are exhausted, the license is suspended. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase takes effect.
Software updates are included in your active subscription and are available for the duration of your billing period. Updates are not guaranteed on any fixed schedule and are delivered at Corpus Obscura Inc.’s discretion.
You may cancel at any time through your account at systemaobscura.com/account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access and updates continue until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds are available if (a) the license key has never been activated and (b) the request is submitted within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact administratum@systemaobscura.com with your order details. No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods or for licenses that have been activated.
If a product is permanently discontinued, Corpus Obscura Inc. will issue a final update that unlocks all premium features for all active license holders and simultaneously releases the software as open source. No further support or updates will be provided after that point.
Changes to your subscription tier take effect at the start of your next billing period. No proration is applied mid-cycle.
You may not: reverse-engineer or decompile any product; build a competing software product using our software; circumvent the license activation system; share or resell license keys; conduct fraud or chargebacks in bad faith; or violate any applicable law or regulation.
You may not use or export our software in violation of applicable export control laws, including those of the United States.
All software, trademarks, logos, and site content are the property of Corpus Obscura Inc. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Any feedback, bug reports, or feature suggestions you submit may be used by Corpus Obscura Inc. without restriction or compensation.
