Firearms bought online must ship to a licensed dealer (an FFL) for the buyer to collect. Systema FFL Checkout adds that step to WooCommerce:

• Target which products require an FFL — all products, selected categories or tags, a custom auto-applied "FFL Required" tag, or programmatically via the Systema Conditional Shipping & Notices (SCAN) condition engine.
• Buyers search a monthly-refreshed dataset of every transfer-capable FFL (sourced from the public ATF listing) by state, name/city, and distance from their shipping ZIP, then pick a dealer.
• The order ships to the chosen dealer; the selected FFL shows on the order screen, order emails, and the packing slip.

The dealer dataset is hosted on systemaobscura.com and synced into a local table, so all search happens on your own site with no per-search calls out.
