Systema Conditional Shipping & Notices gives WooCommerce a single rules engine for two jobs: showing the right message and restricting shipping — both driven by the same order conditions.

Build rules that match on product, category, shipping destination, or payment method, then choose what happens when an order matches:

• Notices — display a message on the product page, cart, checkout, order emails, or the admin order screen. Perfect for handling notes, compliance disclosures, and destination-specific warnings.
• Shipping restrictions — block or flag shipping for matching items, with an optional licence or certification acknowledgement the customer must complete before checkout.

Notices and restrictions live in one place, so a single screen manages every conditional rule on your store. Rules work with both the classic and the WooCommerce block cart and checkout, and the whole rule set — notices and restrictions together — can be exported and imported as a single CSV for backup or migration.
